Linda Grossman and Jennifer Hanley are both recognized and trusted
experts in:
- developing Affirmative Action Programs to meet current regulations;
- helping clients prepare for OFCCP Compliance Evaluations;
- guiding clients' response to the OFCCP during Compliance Evaluations and ensuing negotiations;
- introducing systems that improve record keeping, enhance recruitment,
and increase legal compliance;
- auditing employment policies and practices;
- advising companies in conducting self-audits;
- tailoring employee data in HRIS to facilitate AAP development
and reporting.
As business people, we understand the frustrations experienced
